Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken, creamy tzatziki, and vibrant veggies come together on crisp naan for Mediterranean flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces naan bread

→ Protein

02 - 1 cup cooked shredded chicken

→ Tzatziki Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
07 - 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess moisture removed
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Vegetable Toppings

11 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
13 - 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

→ Cheese and Garnish

14 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
15 - Fresh dill, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
03 - Place naan on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp slightly.
04 - Remove naan from the oven. Spread an even layer of prepared tzatziki sauce over each piece, leaving a small border around the edge. Distribute shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives evenly on top.
05 - Return topped naan to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until ingredients are heated through and bread is crisp. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh dill, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Add red pepper flakes or a drizzle of spicy harissa for heat. For added crunch, toss fresh arugula or cucumber slices on before serving. Swap for dairy-free yogurt and cheese to make it dairy-free, or increase protein with extra chicken or a handful of chickpeas.
