Mango Iced Tea Refreshment (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You Need:

01 - 2 black tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf black tea
02 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced (or equivalent frozen mango cubes)
03 - 4 cups water, divided
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - Ice cubes, as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil 2 cups of water and pour into a large heatproof pitcher. Add black tea bags and let steep for approximately 10 minutes.
02 - In a saucepan, combine the remaining 2 cups of water and diced mango. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, mashing mango into a puree as it cooks.
03 - Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher with the steeped tea, discarding solids. Add honey and stir well to dissolve.
04 - Allow tea to cool to room temperature. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mango slices if desired.
