Honey Butter Skillet Corn (Printable Version)

Sweet corn sautéed in rich butter and drizzled with honey for a deliciously creamy side dish that complements any meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons salted butter
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
04 - 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey.
02 - Add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
03 - Add cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir together and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Serve immediately. Leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Recipe yields 6 servings as a side dish but may serve 8 smaller portions if feeding children.
02 - Gold n’ white corn is recommended, but any frozen corn will work as long as it is a 1 lb (16 oz) bag.
