02 - 1/2 pound ground beef

05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
08 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
09 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing or homemade special sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
03 - On a floured surface, roll pizza dough to desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
04 - Spread a thin layer of dressing or sauce on the crust. Sprinkle half the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly.
05 - Distribute cooked ground beef and chopped onions over the cheese. Top with remaining cheeses.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove pizza from oven. Top with sliced pickles and shredded lettuce. Drizzle additional dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
