# What You Need:

→ Banana cream

01 - 2 frozen ripe bananas
02 - 300 ml barista oat milk
03 - 110 g ice cubes
04 - 2 Medjool dates, pitted
05 - 8 ml pure vanilla extract
06 - 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

→ Assembly

07 - 110 g ice cubes
08 - 240 ml freshly brewed espresso

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine frozen bananas, oat milk, ice cubes, Medjool dates, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a high-speed blender. Process until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Evenly distribute the remaining ice cubes among 3 serving glasses.
03 - Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice in each glass, then top with the blended banana cream. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
