01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 8–10 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
02 -
Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds until pliable.
03 -
Lay a warmed tortilla flat. Spread 1 tsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp ketchup across the center. Place 4 dill pickle slices in a line, add 1 slice of American cheese, then top with about 1/2 cup cooked beef. Keep filling centered and away from edges.
04 -
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking as you go. Place each wrap seam-side down on a plate.
05 -
Brush tops of the wraps with melted butter. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place wraps seam-side down in the basket without touching. Air fry for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 -
Brush wraps with more melted butter immediately after cooking. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing diagonally and serving.
