Crispy wraps packed with juicy beef, melted cheese, and pickles. Quick, kid-friendly and loaded with burger flavor.

# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
02 - 6 large flour tortillas (10-inch burrito size)
03 - 6 slices American cheese
04 - 24 dill pickle slices, well-drained
05 - 6 tsp mayonnaise
06 - 6 tsp ketchup
07 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

→ Seasoning

08 - 1 tsp garlic powder
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 8–10 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
02 - Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds until pliable.
03 - Lay a warmed tortilla flat. Spread 1 tsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp ketchup across the center. Place 4 dill pickle slices in a line, add 1 slice of American cheese, then top with about 1/2 cup cooked beef. Keep filling centered and away from edges.
04 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking as you go. Place each wrap seam-side down on a plate.
05 - Brush tops of the wraps with melted butter. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place wraps seam-side down in the basket without touching. Air fry for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Brush wraps with more melted butter immediately after cooking. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing diagonally and serving.

# Important Notes:

01 - Avoid overfilling the wraps to prevent bursting during cooking.
02 - Warming tortillas before filling helps prevent cracking.
03 - Use parchment paper in the air fryer for easier cleanup.
04 - Let wraps rest before slicing to allow the filling to set.
