In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir to combine and heat through.

In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, layer half the tortilla chips. Spoon half the beef mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining chips, meat mixture, and cheese.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with sour cream, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro.
