# Ingredients:

01 - 1 zucchini, very thinly sliced
02 - 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

05 - 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

→ Base and Sauce

07 - 1 large seeded flatbread or pizza crust
08 - 0.5 cup marinara sauce

→ Garnishes and Seasoning

09 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
10 - Kosher salt, to taste
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 230°C. Position flatbread or pizza crust on a baking tray and coat evenly with marinara sauce.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, diced peppers, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, and toss until evenly coated.
03 - Distribute the prepared vegetables over the sauce in an even layer. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
04 - Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the vegetables are just tender.
05 - Remove pizza from oven. Top with shaved Parmesan and fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve immediately.
