02 - 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
03 - 1 bell pepper, any color, cut into chunks
04 - 1 red onion, cut into wedges
05 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Pepper to taste
10 - Fresh lemon wedges for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
02 - In a bowl, combine the zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
