04 - 3 cups (600 g) cooked brown rice or preferred variety

→ Sweet and Spicy Sauce

05 - 80 ml sweet chili sauce
06 - 30 ml honey
07 - 10–20 ml Sriracha sauce, adjust to preferred heat level
08 - 30 ml soy sauce
09 - 15 ml toasted sesame oil
10 - 3 g garlic powder
11 - 15 ml freshly grated ginger

→ Garnishes (optional)

12 - Sesame seeds
13 - Sliced green onions
14 - Additional Sriracha sauce
15 - Additional sweet chili sauce

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
02 - In a bowl or measuring jug, thoroughly whisk together sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and freshly grated ginger.
03 - Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked turkey. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook for several minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
04 - Steam broccoli florets until just tender, approximately 3–4 minutes, ensuring they retain a slight crispness.
05 - Divide the cooked rice among four serving bowls. Top each with an equal portion of the ground turkey mixture and steamed broccoli.
06 - Finish with a drizzle of additional sweet chili sauce or Sriracha, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust the level of Sriracha to tailor the dish’s heat to your preference.
02 - For best results, serve immediately to maintain vibrant flavours and textures.
