Juicy homemade meatballs coated in a sticky honey-sriracha glaze, perfect for appetizers or served over rice for a quick meal.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions (plus more for garnish)
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

→ For the Sauce

11 - 1/3 cup ketchup
12 - 1/4 cup honey
13 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
03 - Form the mixture into 1-inch diameter meatballs. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet with space between each for even cooking.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes until cooked through and browned. Verify doneness by ensuring no pink remains in the center.
05 - While meatballs are baking, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
06 - Transfer the baked meatballs to a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm sauce over them and gently toss to coat evenly.
07 - Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions. Provide toothpicks for easy serving if desired.

# Notes:

01 - You can adjust the sriracha quantity to achieve your preferred level of spiciness.
