# Ingredients:

01 - 450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or 1 tablespoon hot sauce, adjusted to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Pat dry the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes or hot sauce, and black pepper.
