# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 300g skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
05 - 1 garlic clove, minced
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Cabbage Salad

08 - 2 cups shredded cabbage
09 - 1 cup chopped lettuce
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
11 - 1 garlic clove, minced
12 - 1 teaspoon vinegar
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped olives
15 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

→ Yogurt Garlic Sauce

16 - 120ml plain yogurt
17 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
18 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
19 - Salt, to taste

→ Additional

20 - Spicy roasted vegetables, prepared as per favourite method

# Steps:

01 - Prepare spicy roasted vegetables and place them in a preheated oven. Roast for approximately 20 minutes, checking and stirring after the first 15 minutes.
02 - Combine chicken thighs, paprika, red pepper flakes, dill, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl or directly in a pan. Mix to coat evenly. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, then remove the lid and sauté for an additional 6-7 minutes until fully cooked through.
03 - Place shredded cabbage in a mixing bowl. Massage with vinegar and a pinch of salt to soften. Add chopped lettuce, dill, minced garlic, olives, olive oil, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, minced garlic, dill, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
05 - Layer the prepared cabbage salad as a base in individual bowls. Top with cooked spicy chicken, roasted vegetables, and drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
