01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 0.5 teaspoon table salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon chipotle powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 450–570 grams chicken tenderloins or chicken breast cut into strips

09 - 0.5 lime, juiced (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, chipotle powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and garlic powder. Stir until homogenous.
03 - Arrange chicken tenderloins on a baking sheet. Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss to ensure each piece is evenly coated.
04 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
05 - Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken for added brightness. Serve immediately.
