01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
05 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
06 - 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
07 - 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
08 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
09 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
10 - 2 cups beef broth
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the onion is soft, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat.
02 - Move the beef mixture from the skillet to the crock pot.
03 - Pour in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes with juice, diced tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning, and beef broth. Stir everything together until evenly mixed.
04 - Add salt and pepper according to taste preferences.
05 - Cover the crock pot with the lid and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, allowing flavors to meld together.
06 - Once cooking is complete, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
07 - Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with optional toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, or chopped cilantro.
