01 - 120 ml low sodium chicken broth
02 - 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
03 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
04 - 226 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, cut into 4 pieces
05 - 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese, divided
06 - 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker and stir in ranch seasoning mix.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and turn to coat with broth and seasoning.
03 - Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
04 - Remove lid and shred chicken in the slow cooker using two forks or shredding claws.
05 - Stir in cream cheese and 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
06 - Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let cheese melt.
07 - Uncover and sprinkle chopped bacon over melted cheese.
08 - Garnish with green onions and chopped parsley; serve as desired.
