Rainbow Fruit Honey Lime Salad (Printable Version)

Fresh berries, kiwi, grapes, and citrus tossed in a tangy honey-lime dressing for a naturally sweet delight.

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruit

01 - 450 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
02 - 450 grams fresh pineapple, cut into 2.5 cm wedges
03 - 340 grams fresh blueberries
04 - 340 grams seedless red grapes, halved
05 - 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
06 - 425 grams canned mandarin oranges in juice, drained
07 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

→ Dressing

08 - 60 millilitres honey
09 - 15 millilitres freshly squeezed lime juice

# Steps:

01 - Add strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, mandarin oranges, and bananas to a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey and freshly squeezed lime juice until fully blended.
03 - Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit just before serving. Gently toss to ensure all fruit is evenly coated.
