# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 310 g spring salad mix, washed and dried
02 - 375 g sliced rotisserie chicken breast
03 - 70 g apple chips
04 - 140 g crumbled gorgonzola cheese
05 - 15 g shaved parmesan cheese (optional)
06 - 225 g halved grape tomatoes
07 - 110 g pecan halves
08 - 110 g thinly sliced red onion
09 - 120 g dried sweetened cranberries

→ Dressing

10 - Panera Fuji apple vinaigrette dressing, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Place the spring salad mix in a large serving bowl.
02 - Arrange the sliced rotisserie chicken breast over the greens, then sprinkle evenly with apple chips.
03 - Top the salad with gorgonzola, parmesan cheese if using, grape tomatoes, pecan halves, red onion, and dried cranberries.
04 - Gently toss all ingredients until everything is evenly distributed throughout the salad.
05 - Drizzle with Fuji apple vinaigrette just before serving, or let guests add dressing to individual portions as desired.
