Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with bread crumbs, parmesan, and seasonings.

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
