# Ingredients:

→ Salmon & Seasoning

01 - 1 ½ pounds salmon, skins removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Glaze & Garnish

08 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
09 - ¼ cup hot honey, homemade or store-bought
10 - Parsley, chopped for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon bites and gently toss to coat.
03 - Place the salmon bites into the basket of an air fryer in an even layer. Work in batches if necessary. Air fry for 9-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
04 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and hot honey. Once melted and warmed through, turn off the heat.
05 - Add the cooked salmon bites to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
06 - Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
07 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the seasoned cubes of salmon onto the lined sheet. Bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Toss the baked salmon bites in the hot honey sauce and serve garnished with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the salmon is cut into evenly sized pieces for even cooking.
02 - Hot honey can be made at home by combining honey with chili flakes or hot sauce.
