10 - 120 ml hot honey

# Steps:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Slice into strips approximately 2.5 cm wide.
02 - Whisk eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dip each chicken strip into the whisked eggs, then thoroughly coat with the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer.
04 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat to a depth of 1.25 cm. Fry chicken strips for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 74°C.
05 - Transfer fried chicken to paper towels to drain. Drizzle generously with hot honey before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier glaze, choose extra-hot honey or add a pinch of chili flakes.
02 - Ensure the oil temperature is steady for an even, crispy coating.
