Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer without overlapping. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway. For extra crisp, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, lemon juice, zest, and black pepper. Heat until slightly thickened (2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.

Transfer baked wings to a clean bowl. Pour glaze over and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
