01 - 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tbsp baking powder (optional, for extra crispiness)

→ For the Honey Lemon Pepper Glaze

07 - 1/4 cup honey
08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
09 - 1 tbsp lemon zest
10 - 1 tbsp butter
11 - 1 tsp cracked black pepper
12 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
13 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
14 - Chopped parsley (for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly oil the rack.
02 - Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels. Place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer without overlapping. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway. For extra crisp, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
04 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, lemon juice, zest, and black pepper. Heat until slightly thickened (2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
05 - Transfer baked wings to a clean bowl. Pour glaze over and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
