Honey Hot Chicken Salad (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts
02 - 1/4 cup honey garlic sauce
03 - 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce

→ Vegetables and Greens

04 - 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped and washed
05 - 1/2 medium red onion, diced
06 - 1 large red bell pepper, diced
07 - 1/2 large cucumber, diced

→ Dressing and Optional Add-Ons

08 - 3-6 tablespoons ranch dressing or preferred dressing
09 - Shredded cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the cooked and diced chicken with honey garlic sauce and buffalo wing sauce. Toss to fully coat.
02 - In a separate large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with your chosen dressing.
03 - Transfer the prepared lettuce to two plates or bowls. Top with diced red onions, bell pepper, cucumber, shredded cheese (if using), and the honey hot chicken. Serve immediately.

01 - Homemade honey garlic sauce and buffalo wing sauce are highly recommended for best flavor.
02 - Make this vegan by substituting chicken with crispy tofu, using vegan dressing, and omitting the cheese.
