# Ingredients:

→ Beef and Marinade

01 - 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
03 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 tsp sesame oil
05 - 1 tsp cornstarch
06 - 1 tsp minced garlic
07 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger

→ Noodles

08 - 8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles

→ Sauce

09 - 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
10 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
11 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
12 - 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
13 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
14 - 2 tbsp water

→ Optional Veggies

15 - 1/2 cup julienned carrots
16 - 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
17 - 1/4 cup green onions, plus more for garnish

→ Garnishes

18 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
19 - Chili oil or extra hoisin (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Combine sliced beef with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
02 - Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
04 - Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Sear beef in batches until browned, about 1–2 minutes per side. Set aside.
05 - Stir-fry vegetables in the same pan until tender-crisp, about 2–3 minutes.
06 - Return beef to the pan, add noodles, pour in the sauce, and toss everything over medium-high heat until combined and heated through.
07 - Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and optional chili oil, then serve immediately.
