High Protein Berry Smoothie (Printable Version)

A nutritious blend of berries, banana, Greek yogurt and protein powder delivering 46g of protein in every creamy serving.

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Ingredients

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (190 g)
02 - 1 cup milk (236 mL)
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120 g)

# Steps:

01 - Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately!
02 - Place all ingredients except for the milk in a bag and freeze. When ready to prepare, combine frozen contents with milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
