08 - 2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking spray
09 - 450 grams lean ground beef
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Mustard Vinaigrette

12 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
13 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
14 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
15 - 1 tablespoon honey
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1 clove garlic, minced
18 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
19 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Chop romaine, slice pickles and onion, dice tomatoes, and set aside with banana peppers and grated cheddar cheese.
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until emulsified. Set aside.
03 - Prepare frozen french fries according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly after baking.
04 - Heat olive oil or apply cooking spray in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into uniform crumbles. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through, with no pink remaining. Season with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
05 - Divide romaine, pickles, tomatoes, onion, banana peppers, and cheddar cheese evenly among four serving bowls. Spoon approximately two tablespoons of mustard vinaigrette over each bowl and toss to combine, if desired. Top each bowl with portions of seasoned ground beef and baked french fries. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For meal prep, allow ground beef and fries to cool before assembling. Store salad components, beef, fries, and vinaigrette separately. Combine just before serving for optimal freshness and temperature.
