01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
03 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into uniform cubes. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Chop the parsley and set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sweet potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10 minutes until softened and slightly golden.
03 - Push sweet potatoes to one side or transfer to a plate. Add remaining oil, then cook onions for 3–4 minutes until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add ground turkey to the skillet. Break apart with a spatula, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully browned and cooked through.
05 - Return sweet potatoes to the skillet if removed. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
06 - Turn off heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and stir to distribute. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
