Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, ensuring the surface is clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Remove tofu from the marinade, allowing excess to drain off. Place tofu slices on the preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning carefully until grill marks develop and edges are crisp.
