Place sweet potato wedges on the grill, cut side down. Grill, turning every 2-3 minutes, until fork tender and lightly charred, about 15 minutes.

While potatoes grill, combine Greek yogurt, green onions, dill, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and remaining ½ teaspoon salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1-3 minutes.

Transfer grilled sweet potatoes to a serving platter. Drizzle with yogurt herb dressing and garnish with additional fresh dill. Serve family style.
