Grilled Peach Blueberry Salad (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy grilled peaches, blueberries, and leafy greens tossed with feta, nuts, and bright vinaigrette offer a summer treat.

# What You Need:

→ Salad

01 - 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
02 - 250 g fresh blueberries
03 - 120 g mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
04 - 30 g crumbled feta cheese (optional)
05 - 30 g toasted pecans or walnuts, roughly chopped

→ Dressing

06 - 60 ml olive oil
07 - 30 ml balsamic vinegar
08 - 15 ml honey
09 - 5 g Dijon mustard
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
02 - Brush the cut sides of the peaches with a small amount of olive oil. Place peaches cut-side down on the prepared grill. Grill for 3–4 minutes until grill marks develop and the fruit softens. Remove and let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
03 - In a bowl or jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake thoroughly until emulsified.
04 - Arrange mixed greens in a large serving bowl. Top with grilled peach wedges, fresh blueberries, crumbled feta cheese if using, and toasted nuts.
05 - Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to evenly coat all components. Serve immediately.

# Important Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use ripe peaches that yield slightly to gentle pressure during grilling.
02 - Substitute feta cheese with vegan alternatives or omit for a dairy-free version.
