Grilled Lemon Salmon Skewers (Print-Friendly Version)

Salmon and lemon skewers grilled to perfection with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of lemon pepper.

# What You Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 700–900 g boneless, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 2 or more lemons, sliced into rounds

→ Marinade

03 - Juice of half a lemon
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
06 - 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
07 - 1.5 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

→ Assembly

08 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper. Whisk thoroughly to create a homogeneous marinade.
02 - Add sliced lemons and salmon pieces to the marinade. Toss gently to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Fold each lemon slice in half. Thread onto pre-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with marinated salmon pieces. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
04 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place assembled skewers on the grates, cooking for approximately 8–10 minutes, turning periodically, until the salmon is opaque and the lemon slices are caramelized.
05 - Transfer skewers to a serving platter and serve immediately.

# Important Notes:

01 - Soaking wooden skewers in water helps prevent them from burning during grilling.
