# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Vegetables and Skewers

08 - 1 red onion, cut into chunks
09 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
10 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
11 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
02 - Add chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
03 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
04 - Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of red onion and bell pepper.
05 - Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
06 - Serve hot with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
