# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix using your hands until evenly combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Alternatively, grill the patties for a similar result.
03 - Serve the patties plain or assemble them into burgers using your favorite toppings such as butter lettuce, tzatziki, and crumbled feta cheese.

# Important Notes:

01 - To store in the fridge, place cooked patties in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
02 - Freeze cooked patties on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer-safe container, separated by parchment paper. They can be stored for up to 3 months.
03 - Raw patties can be prepared a day in advance by stacking with parchment paper between each and storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
