05 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Mashed Potatoes

11 - 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
12 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
13 - 120 ml heavy cream or whole milk
14 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
15 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - Fine sea salt, to taste
17 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Place cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain thoroughly and return to the pot.
02 - Mash potatoes while adding butter, heavy cream or milk, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Cover to keep warm.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned; cook in batches if necessary.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 1 minute, then sprinkle in Parmesan and toss to coat steak evenly.
05 - Arrange mashed potatoes on plates. Top with steak bites, spoon over remaining sauce from pan, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For fluffier mashed potatoes, avoid overmixing to prevent gumminess.
02 - Sear steak in small batches to achieve even browning and crisp edges.
