# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 150 g leafy greens, rinsed and dried
02 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 cucumber, sliced
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Dressing

05 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
06 - 3 tablespoons (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
08 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Place leafy greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion into a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until the dressing is fully emulsified.
03 - Pour the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Gently toss to evenly coat the greens and vegetables.
