→ For Cooking and Serving

09 - Butter, for greasing pan
10 - Maple syrup, for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of sandwich bread until thin and flexible. Trim crusts if desired.
02 - Place a sausage link at the edge of each flattened bread slice and roll up tightly with the seam side down.
03 - In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour until smooth and lump-free.
04 - Preheat a greased griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
05 - Dip each roll-up into the batter, turning to coat all sides without oversaturating.
06 - Cook roll-ups on the skillet, turning gently, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
07 - Serve immediately with maple syrup on the side for dipping.

# Important Notes:

01 - Flattening the bread prevents cracking and ensures tight rolls.
02 - Medium heat allows thorough warming without burning the exterior.
03 - Avoid soaking the bread too long in the batter to prevent sogginess.
