01 - 3 large eggs
02 - 2 slices sandwich bread
03 - 2 slices deli ham
04 - 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black or white pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat thoroughly with salt and pepper until fully combined and no streaks remain.
02 - Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter until foamy.
03 - Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and immediately place the slices of bread on top of the eggs, buttered side up, side by side.
04 - Once the eggs are fully set and cooked through, use a wide spatula to confidently flip the entire egg and bread structure in one motion.
05 - Place the slice of cheese and the deli ham on one piece of bread. Fold any overhanging egg over the fillings for a neat finish.
