In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, whisk eggs with buttermilk. In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.

Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

In a deep pan, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a wire rack.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then stir in hot honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
