Crisp Juicy Slow Cooker Chicken (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6–8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

→ Seasonings

02 - Kosher salt, to taste
03 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Generously season both sides of the chicken thighs with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Place the chicken thighs in a single layer, skin side up, inside the slow cooker.
03 - Do not add any liquid to the slow cooker.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 7 hours until the chicken skin is crisp and the meat is tender and cooked through.
