Cranberry Turkey Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

Mini turkey sandwiches with cranberry, cheese, and golden tops—ideal for parties or holiday leftovers.

# What You Need:

→ Slider Assembly

01 - 1 package Hawaiian rolls, sliced horizontally as one piece
02 - 12 slices deli turkey, evenly layered
03 - 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
04 - 6 slices Havarti cheese, torn to fit

→ Butter Topping

05 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
08 - 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
09 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place bottom half in the prepared dish, cut side up.
03 - Layer sliced turkey evenly across the bottom layer of rolls, covering all areas for consistent bites.
04 - Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey and spread evenly to all corners using a spatula.
05 - Place Havarti cheese slices over the cranberry layer, overlapping slightly and tearing as needed to fully cover.
06 - Gently place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients and press down slightly.
07 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced onion, poppy seeds, and chopped chives until well combined.
08 - Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, making sure to coat evenly into the seams.
09 - Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 15–18 minutes until heated through and cheese is melting.
10 - Uncover and bake an additional 3–5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
11 - Slice between each roll to separate sliders and serve immediately while warm.

# Important Notes:

01 - Use whole berry cranberry sauce for texture or jellied for smooth spreadability.
02 - These can be assembled a day in advance and refrigerated; just brush with butter before baking.
03 - Shredded leftover turkey can substitute deli slices—use about 3 to 4 cups.
04 - Leftover sliders can be reheated at 300°F for about 10 minutes or microwaved for 30–45 seconds.
05 - Avoid overbaking in the final stage to prevent burning the tops—monitor closely.
