# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
02 - 6 oz fresh or imitation crab meat
03 - 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/2 tsp soy sauce
07 - 1 pack wonton wrappers (about 20-25 wrappers)
08 - Water for sealing the wrappers
09 - Vegetable or peanut oil for frying
10 - Chopped chives or cilantro for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crab meat. Stir in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Lay the wonton wrappers flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of each wrapper.
03 - Moisten the edges of each wrapper with water and fold into a triangle or pouch shape. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
04 - Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
05 - Carefully fry the wontons in small batches for about 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives or cilantro if desired. Pair with sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
