# Ingredients:

01 - 32 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup raw honey
03 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
04 - 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
05 - 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
06 - 1 garlic clove, very finely chopped
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Slice the chicken into very thin strips using a sharp knife. Thread accordion-style onto wooden skewers.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, chipotle chili powder, garlic, and salt, if using.
03 - Add skewers to a hot grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, basting with sauce and turning every 2-3 minutes until the chicken is evenly cooked.
04 - Alternatively, bake skewers in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes, or until fully cooked.
