Chicken Waldorf Salad (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the dressing

01 - ½ cup mayonnaise
02 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
03 - Juice of half a lemon

→ For the salad

04 - 5 ribs celery, chopped
05 - 2 cups red grapes, quartered
06 - 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
07 - 2 cups roast chicken, chilled and cubed
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
09 - 1 cup walnuts, rough-chopped or broken by hand
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
02 - Place chopped celery, grapes, apples, cubed chicken, and mint in a medium-sized bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
