# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 190°C (375°F) to prepare for baking the chicken.
02 - Position each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound evenly to 1.3 cm thickness.
03 - Layer two turkey slices and one Swiss cheese slice on each flattened breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
04 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with panko breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder.
05 - Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
06 - In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat; cook rolls for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
07 - Transfer rolls to a baking dish; bake for 20–25 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 75°C is reached.
08 - In a saucepan, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk and whisk until thickened, then stir in Swiss cheese until sauce is smooth.
09 - Allow chicken to rest briefly; remove toothpicks and serve drizzled with warm Swiss cheese sauce.
