Bold Savory Steak Marinade (Printable Version)

A savory blend of soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic and herbs that tenderizes and transforms any cut of steak into a juicy delight.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
08 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - 2–4 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, flank, or preferred cut)

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
02 - Pat steaks dry and place them in the marinade, ensuring full coverage. Seal and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or up to 8 hours for stronger flavor.
03 - Remove steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
04 - Preheat grill, skillet, or broiler to high heat.
05 - Cook steaks to desired doneness based on a temperature guide.
06 - Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
