10 - ½ cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

13 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
14 - 1 tablespoon lime juice

# Steps:

01 - Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and shred it with two forks. Mix shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce and set aside.
02 - Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked quinoa with corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, and lime juice.
03 - Distribute cottage cheese evenly among four serving bowls. Spoon the quinoa mixture over the cottage cheese. Layer with shredded BBQ chicken, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and any optional toppings such as green onions, crushed tortilla chips, or jalapeño slices.
