Juicy, boneless chicken thighs coated in BBQ sauce and spices, made fast and healthy in the air fryer.

# What You Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs

→ Seasoning Blend

02 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 0.5 teaspoon table salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

→ Others

09 - Nonstick cooking spray
10 - 80 ml BBQ sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat.
02 - Remove any excess fat from the chicken thighs using a sharp knife.
03 - In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper if using.
04 - Rub the prepared spice blend evenly on both sides of the chicken thighs.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket lightly with nonstick cooking spray and arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer.
06 - Cook the chicken for 7 minutes, then turn each piece and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
07 - Brush half the BBQ sauce over one side of the chicken, flip, and brush the remaining sauce on the other side. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
